1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the ACE Studio website and all services provided by ACE Studio.

By accessing the website or booking a class, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

ACE Studio provides:

  • fitness classes (Strength, Pilates, Sculpt, Barre, Yoga, Recovery…)

  • Wellness treatments (massages, facials, non medical treatments)

  • booking services via an online platform

  • packages, memberships and credit-based systems

All services are subject to availability and may change.

3. Booking and Account

  • All classes must be booked in advance via our booking platform (Momence).

  • Clients must create an account to manage bookings.

  • The number of spots per class is limited.

  • ACE Studio reserves the right to refuse bookings in justified cases.

4.  Packages, Credits and Memberships

  • Credits and packages are personal and non-transferable.

  • Each package has a defined validity period.

  • Expired credits cannot be used or extended unless explicitly stated.

  • Packages are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Payments

  • Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe).

  • All payments must be made in advance.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time.

6. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Classes must be cancelled within the cancellation window specified in the booking system.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of credits or additional fees.

  • ACE Studio reserves the right to define and update cancellation policies.

7. Changes and Cancellations by ACE Studio

ACE Studio reserves the right to:

  • cancel classes

  • change schedule, instructors, or format

  • temporarily close the studio

In such cases, affected clients may receive credit adjustments where applicable.

8. Health and Participation

By attending classes, you confirm that:

  • you are physically able to participate

  • you have no medical conditions preventing safe participation

You are responsible for informing the instructor of:

  • injuries

  • pregnancy

  • medical conditions

Participation is at your own risk.

9. Red Light Therapy and Related Services

ACE Studio may offer classes and services that include the use of red light therapy (e.g. xRedlight classes, red light panels, masks or other devices).

By participating in such services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • red light therapy is a wellness service and does not constitute medical treatment

  • results and benefits may vary between individuals

  • you are responsible for ensuring that you have no contraindications to light-based therapies

You should not participate in red light sessions if you:

  • are pregnant (unless medically approved)

  • have light sensitivity or photosensitive conditions

  • are taking medication that increases light sensitivity

  • have active skin conditions or medical concerns without prior consultation

You are required to:

  • follow all instructions provided by ACE Studio staff

  • use protective equipment where recommended

  • inform the instructor of any relevant health conditions

Participation in red light services is at your own risk.

ACE Studio is not liable for adverse effects resulting from improper use, failure to follow instructions, or undisclosed medical conditions, except where required by law.

10. Liability

  • ACE Studio is not liable for injuries unless caused by proven negligence.

  • ACE Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.

  • Clients are responsible for using equipment correctly and following instructions.

11. Conduct in the Studio

Clients must:

  • follow instructor guidance

  • respect other participants

  • use equipment responsibly

  • comply with studio rules

ACE Studio reserves the right to remove clients from classes or deny access in case of inappropriate behavior.

12. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal items.
ACE Studio is not liable for loss or damage.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (text, images, branding) is owned by ACE Studio and may not be used without permission.

14. Marketing and Media

By attending classes, you acknowledge that:

  • photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes

If you do not wish to appear, please inform us in advance.

15. Complaints

Complaints may be submitted via email:

We aim to respond within 14–30 days.

16. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

In accordance with EU law:

  • you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days

  • unless the service has already been used

18. Changes to Terms

ACE Studio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
The latest version will always be available on the website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
